dc.descriptionThis study aims at investigate the relationship between personality, Counterproductive work behaviour and work performance among employees in UBOS. The objective is to establish the effect of personality on counterproductive work behavior and work performance, establish the effect of counterproductive work behavior on work performance and establish the relationship between personality and work performance. This study will be carried out using a Correlation research design; questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all employees of UBOS. A total of 80 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships.en_US
