Concrete conveyors systems especially the bucket elevator systems are powered equipment for conveying bulk material in a vertical or steep inclined path, consisting of an endless belt or chain to which the buckets are fixed. With the flexible belt or chain, the buckets move unidirectionally within the casing and collect the material in this case the concrete material at the bottom and deliver it at the top end. A range of different methods have been used to determine the shape, parameters, specifications, size, materials to be used during the design process. The project was based on designing a belt bucket conveyor system that conveyor 27m3/hr of concrete as an output and with a lifting height of 6-7m. modelling of the different components of the bucket conveyor system have been done using 3D modelling soft wares based upon the dimensions obtained from the parametric deign and the assembly of the components is also included to clearly show the sub-assemblies of the conveyor system.en_US
