| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was examined the relationship between work life balance, employee motivation and job performance among employees of Touton Uganda Limited. The study aimed to achieve the following objectives; 1) to determine the relationship between work life balance and employee motivation, 2) to analyse the relationship between work life balance and employee performance, and 3) to examine the relationship between employee motivation and employee performance. The study applied a Correlational study design to collect data from 141 respondents from Touton Uganda limited. SPSS statistical software was used to analyse the data. The findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between Work life balance and employee motivation since p=0.000<0.01 at r=.511**. There was also a significant relationship between work life balance and employee performance since P=0.039<0.05 and r= .231*. Finally, it was revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between employee motivation and employee performance since P=0.017<0.05 and r= .267*. The study concluded that work life balance, employee motivation significantly impacts on employee performance and the study recommended that attention must be given to the relationship between work life balance, employee motivation and employee performance | en_US |
