dc.description.abstractThe study aims to investigate the impact of adopting green technology on achieving sustainability in commercial properties. The study will utilize a mixed methods research approach to collect and analyze data from commercial property owners and occupants who have adopted green technology. The study will evaluate the economic, social, and environmental impacts of green technology adoption on commercial properties. Additionally, the study will identify barriers and challenges faced by commercial property owners and occupants in adopting green technology. The results of this study will provide insights into the effectiveness of green technology adoption in attaining sustainability in commercial properties and will assist in developing strategies for overcoming barriers and challenges in the adoption process.en_US
