dc.description.abstractThis research is a study on the effects of alcoholism on the performance, health and personality amongst university students. This study is focusing on a sample of students who study from Makerere University to give a fair representation on how alcohol intake in these young adults affects their studies and health. This sample will hopefully give an almost accurate insight on how alcoholism affects students nationwide. The survey shall preferably use primary data as a source of data collection where questionnaires will be designed and distributed amongst various students from different schools and resident halls to reduce on the level of bias amongst responses. The design provides self-reported facts about respondents, opinions and habits about alcoholism. At the end of this assessment, the researcher would have discussed the effect of alcoholism in student’s performances, health and personality. It would have also discussed the limitations that were met during the survey and measures that could provide possible solutions on how to overcome this addiction to be better youths in this country.en_US
