Cost and time overruns are an issue that plague the local construction industry of Uganda. There are several practices to mitigate these issues, especially with the development of technology. This research is about assessing the feasibility and adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Uganda’s construction industry, specifically as regards mitigating the issues to with cost and time overruns. A critical review of the literature has been discussed regarding the topic of research and other relevant information and through this, questionnaires to collect the relevant information were designed and sent out to the respondents. The survey indicated that the extent of BIM use in Uganda currently is low, though, most of the respondents agreed that the use of BIM in Uganda’s construction industry is feasible.en_US
