dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee motivation, job satisfaction and performance of employees at Kampala Serena Hotel. The study was aimed at appraising the existing literatures and build up the conceptual framework as well as hypotheses. The research was conducted with a convenience sample. A total of 112 respondents from all departments participated in this research survey. Analysis of data and the discussion is included. Some important recommendations were derived from the study.
