dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to examine the relationship between Employee engagement, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance. An explanatory survey study was carried out and the data was collected from 66 employees of Aponye Uganda Limited, Wankulukuku Road Nalukolongo and P.O.Box: 24765, Kampala. A self-administered questionnaire was used to measure employee engagement, job satisfaction and job performance. The data was analyzed using a computer program called the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS). Bio-data shall be analyzed using percentage and frequency counts. The relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and job performance and employee engagement and job performance was analyzed using Pearson moment correlation coefficient.en_US
