dc.description.abstractThe study examined the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance among non-teaching staff at Makerere University workers. The study adopted a co relational study design. The study used 100 respondents and data was collected by use of a self-administered standard questionnaire. That data was then analyzed using statistical package for social science (SPSS). Hypothesis was tested using Pearson’s (r) Co relational Coefficient. The result of the study were; there is a positive significant relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance among non-teaching staff at Makerere university. (r=0.517,P<0.05).The study recommended support for committed employees and are in line with their preferences hence increased employee performance .en_US
