    Transactional leadership, leader trust and organisational commitment at Makerere University College of Health Science

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Transactional leadership, leader trust and organisational commitment among staff of Makerere University College of health science. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between Transactional leadership and organisational commitment, transactional leadership and leader trust and finally to examine the relationship between leader trust and organisational commitment. Among employees of Makerere University College of health science a correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between transactional leadership, leader trust and organisational commitment among staff at Makerere University College of health science. The study will be using a sample of 50 respondents who will be adopted using convenience sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists
