    Abstract
The objective of this report is to give a comprehensive summary of the Road Usage Analysis and Advisory system that has been developed to help the organizations responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads in Uganda in the process of identifying which roads to construct and maintain. Currently, for new roads to be constructed or maintained a surveyor is supposed to physically go to the roads which they think requires improvements or needs to be constructed and identify the current issues faced. The Road Usage Analysis and Advisory System has been developed to help in the process of identifying which roads need construction and maintenance. The system gives users the ability to remotely search for the roads which may need improvement and it helps them analyze and identify the issues that need to be worked. The system is able to do this with the help of machine learning and artificial intelligence using models that have been trained overtime.
