Influenced the professional performance of students in both the oil and water color course were

To analyze the general trend in the performance of the student in tee painting course at MTSIFA
To determine the cause of the decline in the students’ performance in the painting course
To find out the possible solutions to the causes of the decline in the students’ performance in the

The area of study is MTSIFA. The research design involved qualitative and quantitative
Methods, whereby the researcher applied questioner, observation and file reading resulting into

From the search indicated the decline was generally attributed to the attitude of the current lot of
Students as compared to the previous lots. Financial constraints and various administrative
Factors were also a great concern. The researcher went on to suggest reasonable solutions to the
