locationaladvantage,economicactivitiesandimprovementintransportrouteshaveledtoan
increaseintheintensityofnewinformalactivitiesintheareaduetothehighdemandfornew
spacestoaccommodatethemandthishasresultedintoaninfluxofvariousmodesoftransport
anditsassociatednegativeslikecongestion,pollution,accidentsandcreationofunpleasant
environsespeciallyalongKatweRoad.Thehigherthelevelofroadsidebusinesses,thelower
thetransportationperformanceoftheroad,hence,thisstudydelvesdeepandinvestigatesthe
