    Abstract
    This collaborative action research was conducted to examine the relationship between stress, motivation and job performance among the employees of St. Francis Hospital Nsambya during the months of January to February. Many employees today are less motivated due to the fact that they are stressed at work, this affects both individual performance and organizational performance. Therefore, the research looks at how employees are affected by stress, motivation and how it affects job performance. The data was collected through interview, observation, documents, analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that stress, motivation and job performance are significantly related. The findings further revealed that motivation greatly impacts on job performance at St. Francis Hospital Nsambya.
