The purpose of this document is to present a detailed description of the design of the Student Performance Tracking and Projection System. It shows how the software system will be structured using representations of components, interfaces, and data necessary for the implementation phase. The document will act as the primary reference for code development and will contain all the information required by the programmers to write code. This document is intended for developers, architectures of the system.
Goal:
The goal of the system is to perform projection of the grades students from a school are likely to attain in their O’Level UNEB Examinations.
Objectives:
• To ensure that the collaborating school has a well detailed report of their student’s projected UNEB performance basing on their continuous assessment grades.
• To ensure that the school should be able to take actionable decisions from the insights provided by the system.
• To discover patterns such as which teacher patterns yield the best performance in students for a given subject.
