    Abstract
The study aimed at examining the relationship between job experience, employee engaged and job performance among employees of K.C.C A Rubaga division. Descriptive statistics showed that 71.3% of the respondents were male and 28.7% were female, majority was between 20-29 years (80.7%). Results from Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (r) further indicated that there was a positive relationship between job experience and employee engagement, ((r= .566, p=.OOO), as well employee engagement and job performance (r=.701", p=.OOO), and there was also a significant positive relationship between job experience and job performance, (r=.681", p=.OOO).
