    Abstract
The desire for quick access and sharing of information in the organization as well as proper storage of records in order to ensure quality service delivery necessitated the development of record storage system for storing electronic records. The major aim of the project was to find out and revise the available records storage system used in the organization and the loopholes within the system so that we can come up with an improved storage system that works towards the achievement of the designed goals of the organization. The project involved gathering of data through interaction with different people in the organization. It was collected through the use of different tools such as the interview guide and observation guide. We used dataflow diagrams to come up with the system design basing on the gathered system requirements. The results are a fully functioning storage system that can be used to capture, store and quickly retrieval of records whenever required.
