Design and construction of a broken electrical wire detector
Abstract
This report describes the design and construction of a broken electrical wire detector to be used to inspect electrical wires in electrical systems. A circuit to detect the exact location of breakage inside the PVC cover the circuit has a control unit IC CD4069 which is a hex inverter CMOS which uses its actions to control an oscillator which in return detects the presence of an AC voltage or detects EMF.
