The stardands for feminine and masculine behaviour, gender stereotypes limit men and women's potential growth and development. Among the Baganda folktales attitudes and behaviours of the Ganda society are laid out, according to research findings some Baganda have shown improvement in reducing stereotypes but subtle stereotypes still exist.
