Abstract
Theresearchisabouthowilustrationsareexecutedfolowingtheprinciplesandelementsofvisualartsin visualcommunicationdesignandthestudyfolowingvisualartsrespectivelyandhowdesignersusevisual artstocommunicateefectivelytothepeopleofKampala.Theresearchisaboutoraimedatgeting perceptionsconcerninghowdesignersusevisualartstoexecuteilustrationsinvisualcommunicationdesign inKampala.Thischaptergivesthedescriptionoftheresearchdesignandreasonsforitsselectioninthe investigationoftheresearchproblem,identificationofthedesignersandpeoplearoundKampalawho consumethecommunicationspasedontothemthroughilustrations.
