    Analysing the impact of animation design on the people in Makerere University, Kampala district.

    Abstract
    This report is an attempt to analyze the impacts of animation designing on the people of Makerere, Kampala Uganda. The main objective of the study research is to find out the impacts of animation design on the people in Makerere Kampala today. Other objectives are to discover why people now days enroll for the animation design programs in Makerere University, to figure out the solutions for the problems affecting the animation design in Kampala and to find out how animation design can lift up Ugandans art and be noticed by the white states across seas The study is mainly quantitative and questionnaires have been used as the main research instrument. I have recorded from 28 respondents including 20 first year students 5 second year students and 3 third year students at Makerere University The study has established that majority of the respondents were first year students and the minority were the third year students and informed that animation design has positively impacted in source of income, entertainment, employment opportunities, simplifies communication, easier marketing, simplifies education and it saves time. Negatively animation designing has impacted the people of Makerere by the high costs for the processes and time consuming. The study further comes out with the numbers of enrolment for the animation designing at Makerere University, Kampala and the results showed that the number of enrolment is moderate now days due to the improvement of technology and state that the numbers may increase with time. The study also states down the possible solutions to the problem influencing animation designing were mostly the support of the government is essential in also promoting Uganda animation designing to the international market. I have concluded by establishing recommendations more on the impacts of animation designing on the people of Uganda. I have honestly found some information from carrying out this research. I hadn’t known before, although I haven’t completed all of the research on my topic and I generally recommend anyone with the art interest to further make more research on where I have stopped and find more information that I haven’t couldn’t collect
