    Abstract
Results complaints are an increasing issue at the campus where students themselves are missing the final paper marks, coursework marks and the papers they did etc. Following up on the missing marks becomes hectic and time-consuming due to the bureaucracy involved. Firstly, when a student fills in a complaint and submits it to the registrar. He or she will not know whether his/her form was forwarded to the responsible person. In most cases, there is always no feedback availed to the student hence forcing the student to redo the paper which is considered a retake. It's on this note that we decided to develop RWCMS so that students can be able to follow up their complaints once filled and improve on the efficiency. Results Complaint Workflow Management System is used by students to fill in their complaints regarding results and expect feedback from the registrar, head of department, or lecturer. It helps them follow up on their complaints in case they have been submitted. RWCMS is also aimed at reducing the time taken during the handling of the complaints since each activity has a time limit. RWCMS was developed using the bizagi modeler which designed the workflow process and it was implemented in bizagi studio where forms, business rules, and tasks were automated. Bizagi works with Microsoft SQL Server which is a database server for the process repository.
