Stigmatization and coping strategies among persons with physical disabilities in Kampala and Wakiso districts in Uganda

Abstract

To explore the experiences with stigmatization of Persons with Disability (PWDs) and their coping strategies. To explore the stigmatization experiences of Persons with Disability. To identify strategies used by Persons with Disability to cope with stigmatization. To establish effectiveness of coping strategies used by PWDs against stigmatization.
