Online Car Rental System

Abstract

This pierce of work is a report about renting cars online to customers at affordable prices. Chapter one shows analysis of the current system in the present day today and problems with the current systems, and background in the introduction, the background, the problem statement, the objectives of the study, scope and the significance of the study. Chapter two shows what actually other people have written about car renting and reservation, available systems in Uganda and across the globe, weaknesses of the systems. Chapter three shows the methodology to be used being a prototype, requirements gathering techniques, functional requirements, system design, implementation, testing and validating of the system Chapter four talks about the system analysis and design, here we go into the system study, talk about the existing systems, draw the archictural desing of the proposed system, prepare the data modellings, draw the entity relationship diagrams, context diagrams and also talk about the implementation using the flowcharts. Chapter 5 talks about the findings in the field, user interface design of the application, testing and then chapter six is about the recommendations and conclusions then finally talk of the references.
