    Abstract
    Total Quality Management (TQM) approach can ensure long term success of these businesses through guaranteed customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to develop a Total Quality Management system for the Repair section operations at Sorwathe factory. Research design is the plan and structure of the research used to obtain evidence to answer the research questions. This research was carried out using qualitative methods where data collected were examined and analyzed. A Total Quality Maintenance was developed for the maintenance operations so as to improve on harmonization of all key factory actors in timely execution of repair jobs.
