Abstract
Ugandan as a developing country is experiencing a steady growth in various sectors of which the construction sector is not left behind. This sector is experiencing various developments however it still has hindrances that affect its full blossoming. There is need to findout if project management practices can help to improve the performance of contractors by minimizing the time and costs spent on projects.
