Abstract
Our major objective is to develop an operational Patient Record Management System for OPD of Gombe Hospital. Specific objectives: • To identify the records generated at OPD of Gombe Hospital. • To describe the records management system in Gombe Hospital. • To identify requirements for the design and implementation of the records management system. • To design an appropriate records management system.
