    Abstract
    To examine the various roles and responsibilities played by VSLA leaders in promoting the stability and functionality of VSLAs in Masindi district, assess the extent to which VSLA leaders have executed their roles and responsibilities, establish the levels of supervision and find out the challenges faced by the VSLA leaders in executing their duties and how they solve these challenges.
