    Abstract
    Purpose of the study: The purpose of the study is to establish alcoholism and risky behaviour among university students, a case study of Makerere University. Specific objectives: i. To establish the effects of alcoholism and students risky behavior to the academic performance of the students. ii. To examine the effects of alcoholism to the students in Makerere University. iii. To examine the measures that should be undertaken to reduce on alcoholism among students in Makerere University.
