    Stress, job performance and coping strategies among the PEPSI workers at Crown Beverages limited

    Abstract
    The study aimed at examining the relationship between stress, job performance and coping strategies among Pepsi workers at Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) Nakawa. The objectives of the study were; To examine the relationship between stress and job performance, to examine whether there is a relationship between stress and coping strategies, to examine the relationship between job performance and coping strategies. The study adopted a correlational survey method as its research design were quantitative method was used to gather information for analysis and making the exact inference, conclusions to the people and research finders. The researcher used a simple random selection technique to select the respondents whereby every respondent was given equal chances of being selected. The study findings revealed that there is a relationship between stress and job performance with (P= .021<.899> 0.05) among Pepsi workers at Crown Beverages Limited. The study also revealed that there is no relationship between job performance and coping strategies with p=.899> 0.05 among Pepsi workers at Crown Beverages Limited. The study also showed that there is a relationship between job performance and coping strategies with (P= 069 < 0.05). In conclusion, no organizations or companies will operate smoothly without elimination of stress related issues among its workers. Therefore, all company runners including board of directors, managers and workers should be concerned and helped to handle stress in order to improve on production and levels of supply among Pepsi products amongst its consumers countrywide.
