Sleep uality, Fatigue and Workplace Performance among Business People in Kampala.

Abstract
The study aimed at investigating the relationship between sleep quality, fatigue and work performance of business men in Kampala. A correlation study design was adopted. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data from a sample of 87 respondents. The data was collected using a self –administered questionnaire and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Descriptive statistics showed that majority were female 54% and were followed by males with 46% of the total population, majority were between 20- 29 years, 56%. The correlation results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between sleep quality and work performance. There was statistically no relationship between sleep quality and fatigue as well as between fatigue and work performance Thus, the findings of this study provide recommendations to business owners and organizations in designing clear protocols that will be used as discipline for positive wellbeing as regards to sleep quality, fatigue and work performance
