    Abstract
Mechanical Engineering without production and manufacturing is meaningless. Production and manufacturing process deals with conversion of raw materials inputs to finished products as per required dimension, specification and efficiently using recent technology. The new development and requirements inspired us to think of new improvements in manufacturing field. In this project of Pipe Bending Machine, various diameters of pipe is being bent with the help of this machine and various shapes are obtained like V-shape, circular, square, channel etc. It is widely used in various industrial operation such as bending a tube to make coil or sheet metal to make certain shape such as ‘V’ shape. The roller bending machine is manually operated. Therefore, my objective is to increase accuracy at low price without affecting the bending productivity. This machine works on simple kinematic system instead of complicated design. Due to its portability, it can be used by small workshop or fabrication shop. Bending machine is a common tool in machine shop that is used to bend a metal. The machine is mainly composed of roller dies with the pipe outline, the lead screw for height adjustment, chain and sprocket, frame and shafts. This project focused mainly on designing a machine that bend pipes of diameter 20mm with thickness of 1mm, then for the other sizes of pipes roller dies of different sizes and shapes was recommended. The machine can be operated by one person and it can take between 10-20 minutes to bend a given pipe into a complete circle. The machine will require lubrication on the moving parts except on the dies.
