Considering the split structure of the College of Computing and Information Sciences, there is a need to present a more complete form of guidance for the people trying to navigate the college in search of particular resources. A data collection analysis based around interviews and observations conducted on randomly selected samples of 40 students throughout the college, the academic assistants of the dean and principal and a few caretakers and people responsible for each of the blocks reveals that there is a lack of adequate directive assistance for people looking for particular activities/facilities/people at the college. As such we highly recommend the set-up of a college chatbot system that can provide an easy to use point of access to help these people meet their needs by guiding them to the most logical place or person from whom they can access the information that they seek.
