A simple solar water heater

Abstract

this study aimed at designing a simple solar water heater. It is a device that uses free energy from the sun to warm water. The materials that were used to design the solar water heater included; copper tubing, metal sheet, wooden frame, transparent glass, insulating materials. The solar water heater was tested and the results showed that the copper metal, since it is a good conductor of heat absorbed heat from the sun that caused the water that passed through the copper tubing to warm up. So that water was increasingly get hot. the solar water heater is a cheap alternative for warming up water.
