    Organisational Learning, Organisational Culture and Organizational Performance among Employees of MTN Uganda

    Abstract
    The study was carried out to investigate the relationship between organizational learning, organization culture and organizational performance of employees of MTN Uganda. The study was guided by three objectives as follows; organizational learning and organizational performance, organization learning and organizational culture, and organizational culture and organizational performance of employees of MTN Uganda. The study applied a quantitative with a correlational research design to obtain the required information and pertaining data where 150 respondents were participated in the study. The study revealed that there is a strong relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance, there is a strong relationship organization learning and organizational culture, and there is no strong relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance
