Examining the user experience in public transportation interchanges in Kampala: taking the case of Nateete transport terminal.
Abstract
If economic development is to take place smoothly, the growing number of people who use cities, particularly Kampala, Uganda's capital, cannot be ignored. The quality of our transportation infrastructure is one of the primary elements that can facilitate this shift. Using the case study of Nateete Transport Terminals, this paper focuses on the obstacles and potential in the development of transportation hubs in Kampala City. The study here investigates the context in which these transportation hubs operate, with the goal of finding solutions that improve the user experience within the interchanges.
