Motivation, Employee Engagement and Employee Performance among Employees of Law Development Centre
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Performance among Employees at Law Development Centre. A quantitative study design was used, correlation was used in study to establish the relationship Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Performance among Employees. The study used a sample of 150 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using statistical package of social scientists (SPSS).
The findings of the study showed no relationship between motivation and employee engagement (,p=248,>0.5). The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and performance (p=.000<0.05).the results further showed that there is a relationship between motivation and performance (p=.022<0.05).
