    Abstract
In a world where words dance and emotions sing, poetry emerges as a mystical art form that weaves threads of meaning through the tapestry of language. It is a realm where vivid imagery, metaphorical expressions, and rhythmic cadence unite to evoke profound emotions and spark the imagination. Within this enchanting landscape, this project sets sail, embarking on a transformative voyage through the realms of poetry. Shaped into thirty poems, this collection captures diverse themes from love, to dilemma, nature, death, politics, feminism, heart breaks and so forth. The subject of my project lies at the intersection of creativity and introspection, where the power of words becomes a vessel to explore the depths of human experience. With a focus on unveiling the myriad emotions that reside within me, and the lubricous experience I had as an orphaned girl with an absent father, this project aims to delve into the intricate nuances of the human psyche, using poetry as a vessel for self-expression and catharsis. In this project, I’ve captured themes like love, rejection, freedom, nature, politics, feminism, morality, self-discovery and self-love among others. By so doing, readers are presented with diverse topics thus eliminating monotony which would have otherwise made the collection boring. These pieces are drawn from personal experiences and observations, thus, readers will connect with it at a deeper level.
