Factors associated with the access to different learning methods in the urban setting during Covid-19 pandemic
Abstract
COVID-19 has affected almost every country in the world Uganda inclusive. The pandemic has created the largest disruption of education system in history affecting over 1.6 billion learners in more than 190 countries and all continents.
As a result countries locked down their economies including schools and consequently the government of Uganda and the private sector adopted mechanisms for continuity of learning for instance learning via zoom, WhatsApp, YouTube, email and printed material
from government centres and schools.
Mostly students learnt via zoom and WhatsApp since mobile phones were more accessible.
