Abstract
This gives a summary of the report in general from Chapter One to Chapter Five.
This research explored the status of cultural heritage sites as tools of urban planning by means of a case study of Kasubi tombs world cultural heritage site in Rubaga division. Objectives of the study were formulated to aid in the realization of the research, problem statement and the significance of the research were all established in chapter one
Chapter two shows all the literature and documents reviewed in relation to the research topic and the objectives of the study. The methodology sample space and tools used such as questionnaires, participant observation were all used since the research was typically qualitative in nature. All these are found in Chapter Three.
The findings from the field are presented in Chapter Four and it’s at this point that the research begun to yield results as documented in Chapter Five spanning conclusions from the searcher’s point of view from which recommendations have also been drawn.
