Graphic design practices in Ntungamo district.

Abstract

This creative project is composed of several chapters that is introduction, literature review, methodology, analysis of results, summary, conclusion and recommendations. The research topic for this project was, "Graphic design practices in Ntungamo district". The research aimed at studying the graphic design practices in Ntungamo district in Uganda. Graphic designs as an inspiration design, exploring available tools and materials to produce professional graphics. Data was collected in selected centers in Ntungamo district dealing in making graphic designs Ntungamo town council which was visited while examining the graphic design practices done in the area. The tools for data collection were observation, photography and interviews. The research was intended to know which graphics are being done in Ntungamo district and open a wide market base for the graphic designers in Ntungamo district. The research was also intended to know which character of individuals are basically doing the graphic designs. The graphic designs can therefore help on the visual communication .
