The researcher analyzed data using statistical package for social sciences version 23 (SPSS). Percentages and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to test the hypothesis. Since there is a significant positive relationship among all the variables, this implies that an increase in transactional leadership will lead to increase in leader trust and job satisfaction respectively.
