    Abstract
    This is a project report about the development of an Online Directory for Medical Services system that provides information about medical services to patients, and provides them the convenient means to book medical services in order to reduce the time wastage spent when they go to the hospital. Chapter One focuses on the problems faced by patients while accessing a medical service. Chapter two focuses on the comparison to the existing systems Chapter three describes the various methodologies used during the study. These include the software development methodologies and the data collection techniques deployed. Chapter four consists of the Study, Analysis, and Design phase of our study, here we look at the findings from the questionnaires and interview sessions we held. This chapter shows the analysis of the data from the respondents. The system architecture, requirement modeling, process modeling and data modeling are included in this section. Chapter five describes the implementation, testing and validation processes. The technologies used which included the Laravel framework. User interfaces screenshots are shown together with the test cases and validation process. Chapter six concludes this report with the achievements, challenges faced, recommendation and areas of future research.
