Personality at work, job satisfaction and work performance among employees in Chims Africa Uganda Limited
Abstract
The study examined between variables of personality at work, job satisfaction and work performance among employees in Chims Africa Uganda Limited. The study examined the relationships below; the relationship between personality at work and job satisfaction, the relationship between, job satisfaction and work performance and the relationship between personality at work and work performance. There was a significant relationship between personality at work and job satisfaction, between job satisfaction and work performance and between personality at work and work performance according to the results obtained. Recommendations and suggestions for future research were made.
