    Abstract
    In this study, a Secure antenatal data information system was developed to address the challenges faced by expecting mothers and healthcare providers in accessing comprehensive and accurate health information related to antenatal care. The system aims to improve healthcare outcomes by providing a digital platform where users can securely access their medical records, receive automated notification reminders for their antenatal visits, and track their pregnancy progress. This initiative was driven by the need for reliable and timely health information, as many expecting mothers in rural and underserved areas lack access to essential healthcare resources. Data was collected using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including document reviews and self-administered questionnaires. The study's first objective involved reviewing existing antenatal healthcare information systems to assess their efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Findings from this review informed the design and implementation of the Secure antenatal data information system. The second objective focused on designing the system using data flow diagrams and enhanced entity relationship diagrams. The third objective involved implementing the system using modern web technologies, including ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. The final objective was to test and validate the system using unit, integration and user acceptance systems testing strategies. The study's findings are significant for researchers, healthcare providers, and expecting mothers, as the system enhances access to critical health information and supports better health management. Future recommendations include developing localized versions of the system to cater to non-English speaking users and expanding the systems functionalities to include additional healthcare services.
