    Abstract
In Kawempe division, Uganda, where poultry farms thrive, banana peels - a waste product of their staple food, hold untapped promise. They're rich in nutrients for chickens, but unusable in their bulky form. Current methods like chopping are inefficient and unsafe. An innovation; a user-friendly, affordable machine that transforms banana peels into nutritious pellets for chicken tackles the limitations of existing machines, conquering clogging and complexity. Tailored for fresh peels, it's easy for farmers to operate, boosting their income and chicken health. This project aims at paving the way for a sustainable and profitable poultry future in Kawempe and beyond.
