    Abstract
This study was conducted at the Law Development Centre (LDC) with the purpose of designing a Past Paper Examinations Repository for its library. The objectives of the study were to identify the existing methods of accessing past examination papers, assess the challenges associated with accessing past papers manually, design a past examination paper repository, and test and validate the repository at the LDC library. The study adopted a descriptive research design supported by a mixed-methods approach, focusing on library users, including students, and the librarian. A sample size of 10 respondents was used to represent the population using the LDC library, With 1 library staff member. Data collection methods included key informant interviews and structured questionnaires. The study revealed that the LDC library employs a closed access system for circulating past examination papers to library users. This method was found to be inadequate, as it posed difficulties for users in locating resources and to staff storage was quite hectic as there is so much paper that occupies a bigger space. As a result, the study designed a Past Paper Examination Repository, which was recommended for implementation at the LDC library. This repository will enable students to easily access past examination papers, even when off-campus since it is also online, and for staff, it will streamline storage and significantly reduce the librarian's workload.
