    The relationship between organisation culture, individual job performance and turnover intentions among employees at Lubaga Hospital

    Abstract
    The study was aimed at finding the relationship between organizational culture, individual job performance and turnover intentions among employees of Lubaga hospital. A study adopted a quantitative research approach with correlational method to determine the relationship between the study variables. 70 employees were selected to participate in this study. Data obtained was analyzed using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS version 23). The results showed that there is no significant relationship between organizational and turnover intentions .The results also showed that there no relationship between individual job performance and turnover intentions among the employees of Lubaga hospital. Finally the study showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and individual job performance. Organizational culture a great determinant of not only individual job performance but also turnover intentions by employee. However organizational culture sometimes may be miss understood by the managers and stakeholders to be not so relevant to low employee performance higher turnover intentions levels.
