Arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution for commercial disputes in Uganda
Abstract
This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of arbitration within Uganda's
commercial sector. The research analyzes the legal framework of Arbitration in
Uganda and the role of Arbitration in commercial disputes. It also investigates
barriers to the integration of arbitration in commercial dispute resolution. it then
explores the efficacy of arbitration for resolving commercial disputes in Uganda,
assessing its feasibility, effectiveness, and potential impact on the local commercial
landscape. Through a thorough analysis of these aspects, the study aims to
contribute to a deeper understanding of arbitration's role in commercial dispute resolution in Uganda
