Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship Occupational Stress, Employee Engagement and Turnover Intentions among Employees of Kampilingisa Children Rehabilitation Center, Mpigi District . A correlational study design was used to establish the relationship between Occupational Stress, Employee Engagement and Turnover Intentions among Employees of Kampilingisa Children Rehabilitation Center, Mpigi District . The sample size consisted of 97 male and female Employees. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results showed that, there is a significant positive relationship between Occupational Stress, Employee Engagement and Turnover Intentions (r= .347, p = .002). The results further revealed that, there is a significant relationship between Occupational Stress, Employee Engagement and Turnover Intentions (r= .457, p= .000). And finally, the results showed that Occupational Stress, Employee Engagement and Turnover Intentions have a significant positive relationship (r = .648, p = .000)
